Arctic Survey Education -
Task
An engaging, interactive application for 5-11 years olds was required to tell the story of the "Catlin Arctic Survey" team who visited the Arctic Ocean in 2009 to collect climate change data. Illustration, animation and sound would need to be housed in an intuitive interface.
Solution
Flash leant itself to this project, since it enabled it to be as interactive as possible. The interface was designed so easily navigated by children. The pages were built using Flash action script and xml. This allowed for quick uploads of the very illustrative pages.
Services used
Interface design, Illustration, Animation, Xml and Flash action script

Fortmark Films -
Task
UK writer/ director Mark Locke needed a website to show his films, TV, commercials and music promos. He requested a distinct look and feel to the site and logo. He was also keen to achieve the best quality for the films and promos whilst aware of the limitations of the web.
Solution
We managed to deliver the unique styling ordered for the website by discussing the exact requirements in detail beforehand. The quirky styling was then accompanied by small transitional animations. We also achieved the high quality of video needed by creating a flash player and playing H.264 videos within it.
Services used
Logo design, Web design, Web development, Site maintenance, Video player, Flash build and animations

Ove Arup Foundation -
Task
The Ove Arup Foundation (an independent charity) required a website to honour the memory of engineer, designer and philosopher, Sir Ove Arup. The existing site was not delivering all the required features so a revamp was requested. We needed to make the site more functional and stylish to reflect the Arup philosophy. The client also requested the ability to update the website in-house.
Solution
We restructured the content to make it more accessible and to make the information easier to find. We used stylish photographs of Ove and his projects plus some of his doodles to develop a look for the site which reflected him more. We also delivered a CMS which enabled the Arup team to keep the website current.
Services used
Content management system, Web design, Web development, Search engine optimisation

QD needed an update to their website as they were about to launch a major new product into the medical market. They required an easily maintainable site with animations to show how the product worked. A secure area for registered buyers of the product was also required to offer after-care support.

Two sites were developed so as to separate company & product information. Each site was then able to deliver its own individual content. The product site held the registration (password protected) area which housed product documentation, software updates and training videos.
